To find a permanent home
Greece has more than 300 sunny days of a year, the summer season normally right after the Easter Holiday until end of October, approximately 5-6 months long. The warm mediterranean climate is suitable for retiring life, also for the people who want to live a slow life, because there is a Greek word “σιγα σιγα” which means slowly slowly, it expressed the way of living in Greece. Don’t be in hurry, take your time to enjoy your coffee, take your time to enjoy the blue water.
There are many reasons waiting for you to discover Greece and to make it your permanent home. Whatever your concerns may be, we will work together to find a solution.
To own your holiday house
Greece is a famous destination for holidays, especially island holidays. The tourism industry is the largest industry in the country. Owning a holiday property in a tourist destination is a great investment. It is easy to find a seaside holiday property because there is water everywhere! Since almost half of the year is considered summer, you can enjoy it when you want it or rent it out when you are not using it.
To gain profit from the investment
Every city is special, Athens offers an easy lifestyle against the backdrop of a buzzing and dynamic city that is steeped in history and legacy. The harsh economic climate has seen some positive change and exciting developments in food, art and culture, providing a much more rounded urban experience and making it one of the most exciting cities in Europe right now. The sea and its southern coastline of Blue-Flag beaches are easily reached from the centre, as are the many hills you can climb to admire its beautiful landscape from above.
As matter of fact, Athens is an international city, there are lot of foreigners living here. My Yoga friend Lin is an American who has been living in Athens for more than 9 years, her apartment is just opposite of Acropolis, how lucky she is! Currently in 2021, the Greek government has announced new tax incentives for foreigners who wish to work remotely in Greece and who have the intention to retire here, plus the golden visa program which started from 2013, all these caught a lot of interests from EU and no EU citizens which made the real estate market keep growing.
Peering through a wider lens, things are looking up for Athens, with increased flights, strengthening tourism numbers and new hotel and residential developments, you simply can’t help but be optimistic. The newly built Stavros Niachos Foundation Cultural Center has been the most ambitious cultural and architectural project to date. The €617 million development by the prominent Greek shipping family, was the largest donation made to the city so far.
Many central suburbs are in the midst of a reboot too, as gentrification takes hold in various pockets around town. The southern coastal districts from Piraeus to Vouliagmeni will get a boost thanks to recent plans to transform the major shipping and passenger terminal of the Port of Piraeus and its surrounding area. Plans are also in place to finally resurrect the former Athens airport near Glyfada, into a modern hub of residences, retail and leisure facilities.will sure give a positive vibe to the market. Thus I am confident in inviting you to invest in Greece.
To obtain Golden Visa from Greece
Since 2013 Greek government started promoting the Golden Visa Programme by investing 250K Euro investment in Greek assets, it can be an apartment, land, time sharing renting property or agricultural products, now it expanded to buy fund or shares from the Greek company, or just deposit 400K euro in your Greek Bank Account. It’s added value for investing in Greece.
Holding the golden visa will allow you to travel freely in European Schengen Area, which included 26 European countries. And you can stay in Greece all year around or come any time you want, there is no obligation to stay certain days per year.
Once you knew your purpose, then we can do a detailed plan for your trip to Greece. I will be there to help you decide how many days you must stay, which areas and accommodations are the best for you, where to eat and what to do. Maybe in the end you change your mind, but buying a life experience to know a new place, new people, new culture etc is never a bad choice.
